• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before we begin any project or place product orders.
• Full payment must be made before final delivery or completion of work.
• Accepted payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, or as specified at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, unless faulty.
• If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us immediately in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been sourced.

6. Project Timelines

We aim to deliver every project on time. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, site conditions, or client delays). If this happens, we will notify you as early as possible.

7. Warranties & Responsibility

• We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials.
• Warranty terms may vary by product or supplier.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, third-party installation, or client alterations after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, drawings, and content shared by Eppico Interior Design are our intellectual property.

Eppico Interior Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability will not exceed the value of the products or services provided.
