Shipping & Delivery Policy – Epico Interior Design
At Eppico Interior Design Limited, we strive to deliver all products and materials in perfect condition and on time. This policy outlines how we manage deliveries for both retail and project-based clients.
1. Delivery Areas
Local Deliveries:
We offer delivery within Nairobi and nearby areas, including estates and commercial centers.
Countrywide Shipping:
We deliver to major towns and cities across Kenya. Please contact our team to confirm delivery to your specific location.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard Orders:
Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days, depending on the product type and location.
Custom Orders or Bulk Deliveries:
Orders involving custom-made items, bulk quantities, or special finishes may take longer. An estimated delivery time will be provided during the order process.
Urgent Deliveries:
If you require expedited delivery, please inform our team. Additional charges may apply.
3. Delivery Charges
Within Nairobi:
A standard delivery fee applies, starting at KES 300, depending on distance and order size.
Outside Nairobi:
Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Final charges will be provided during checkout or order confirmation.
Free Delivery Offers:
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery on selected items or during promotional campaigns. These offers will be communicated on our platforms.
4. Order Pickup Option
Clients may also opt for free collection from our showroom or storage facility. Pickup details and timing will be shared upon order confirmation.
5. Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile, custom, or high-value items are given special attention using protective materials and secure wrapping.
6. Delivery Conditions
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items.
Missed deliveries due to inaccurate addresses or recipient unavailability may lead to additional delivery fees.
Delivery is considered complete once the items have been delivered to the location and acknowledged by the recipient or authorized person.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications to delivery addresses or items must be made before dispatch.
Cancellations are allowed up to one hour before the dispatch of stocked items.
Custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
8. Delivery Issues & Support
If you experience delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
