Refund and Returns Policy

At Eppico Interior Design, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products and services. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You must contact us within 1 day of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.
  • Custom-made items (e.g., made-to-measure furniture) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we deliver the wrong or a faulty item.

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • If approved, we can offer an exchange or a credit note for future use.
  • Refunds or credit notes are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened paint, finishes, or materials
  • Installed or assembled products
  • Sale or discounted items

Service Refunds

Once a design or installation service has started, it cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy, please contact us so we can make it right.
